• We don't hide costs. Whenever possible we will provide you with a firm quote with no hidden charges. When an estimate is more appropriate than a quote we will state what information was missing and what assumptions we used to provide the cost estimate.

• When we make a promise we keep it. That may be as simple as returning a phone call or releasing a major delivery. If we simply cannot come through on a commitment, we will contact you, let you know what happened and make every attempt to regroup and make good on what we promised.
